This year Dalston Roof Park welcomes a whole host of new gastronomic experiences to the roof. Stemming from our roots (excuse the pun) as a volunteer-run collection of allotments, we will continue our passion for seasonal, local and ethical produce.
Throughout the summer we are collaborating with culinary gurus and Bootstrap tenants Root + Bone to curate a monthly rotation of pop-up residencies supporting younger start-ups with a series of one-off supper clubs.. Expect a diverse mix of cuisines hot off the barbecue.

Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri
A rum classic, blended frozen to keep you cool on the hot summer days.
Tequila and lime-based frozen cocktail, with a salted rim, also available in strawberry.
Beach Island Ice Tea
A cranberry twist on the classic Long Island Ice Tea.
Fraise/Chambord/peche or passion.
A simple and sophisticated classic available with either amaretto or whisky.
