The Colourworks contains 10,000 square feet of workspace over the top two floors.

The space provides managed workspace similar to the provision available in the Print House with which the Colourworks is physically connected and shares a southern elevation.

In the interests of encouraging the growth of an enterprise culture in Dalston, Bootstrap Company manages 3 floors of Fitzroy House on Abbot Street.

The old fabrics factory has been converted into desk spaces aimed at start up businesses. The environment is relaxed but productive. The open plan nature of the space has fostered a spirit of mutuality, networking and trade that is valuable for new businesses.
